Job Description/Skills Required
- Ideally candidates should already be doing a recruitment role in TA setup in a company on Third party roles.
- Sourcing and collection of candidates data and profiles from Job Portals, Consultants, head hunting etc.
- Should have managed job positings on Career Sites, LinkedIn, Naukri etc
- Exposure to Pre-hire due diligence, TA processes like background verification, Social Media Check, Reference Check, Medical Check-up, etc.
- Interview Coordination / MS teams invites (Scheduling telephonic and personal round of interviews and consequently coordinating with the hiring managers and the candidates)
- Worked on weekly / Monthly reports / Recruitment MIS
Skills required
