- Preparation of work schedule for operator & compliance of same.
- Preparation of weekly schedule for machine allotment as per requirements of scientist.
- Prepare & maintain the cGMP documentation of Pilot Plant (GDP/ GMP & Injectable & preparation development Lab.)
- Provide the technical support to the process scientist at pilot plant, injectable & ophthalmic development lab.
- Preparation & Periodic review of SOPs related to Pilot Plant.
- Qualification & Re-Qualification of Equipments & Instruments.
- Preparation of Preventive Maintenance schedule & compliance of same.
- Preparation of calibration schedule & compliance of same.
