Job Description/Skills Required:
- We have Hiring For Executive Instrumentation,Executive Associate – MDI Mfg,Manager – MDI Mfg,Officer Purchase,Officer – HPD Mfg in Lupin Ltd !
- Facing Various customer and regulatory Audit Instrument Maintenance and Calibration activity. Asset addition /Disposal, CABER technical specification preparation and RFQ floating, Dealing with Internal and external customer. SCADA Software activity. Breakdown maintenance of PLC, SCADA, DAS, Boiler, Utility Equipment. Detail Knowledge of Calibration, SOP and Software Validation activity. Preventive maintenance of VFD, UPS and Utility Chillers, Boiler and other Equipment. Operation & maintenance Plot no 125 with GMP documentation activity. Audit Related documentation activity.
- Handling consumables spares, chemicals, QC spares/instruments, Packing material, electrical, engineering, instrument department. To handle Annual Rate Contract (ARC) for consumable items & Annual Maintenance
Contract (AMC) for instruments. Follow-up with vendors for dispatch of materials & confirming deliveries timely at site. Preparing & updating MIS for enquiry / order / dispatch / goods receipt reports / delivery status of materials. Responsible for keeping the records of analytical data.
