Job Description/Skills Required
The Executive in Operations team plays a critical and strategic role in the organization. This role is responsible for all processes falling under customer success and engagement including customer meetings, raw material procurement planning, manufacturing batch planning, dispatch of sample and commercial orders and alignment with QA process. A result-oriented mindset and strong leadership capabilities are prerequisites for succeeding in this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients by understanding their requirements, negotiating contracts, and offering customized solutions
