Job Description/Skills Required
- Manage overall project coordination with cross function team. He/She should focus on ensuring timely delivery of all projects with highest quality output.
- Preparing project plan and circulating it to all the stake holders for adherence
- Keeping external and internal customers informed of progress from time to time.
- Tracking projects to ensure adherence-problem solving to crash timelines where possible.
- Periodic review of projects and escalating to reporting manager, to speed up or removal of bottlenecks
- Facilitate cross functional group meetings at a project level to have visibility of status.
- Prepare and present the status of queries for weekly MIS and monthly all-hands meeting to update senior management on progress.
