Job Description/Skills Required
- Monitoring of all GLP activities in QC departments.
- Online review of instrument status, QC logbooks, training record/analyst validation of QC personnel and other documents during GLP round
- Review of documents submitted in QA like Finished products reports, Raw Material reports , Intermediates reports ,Analytical method validation,
- Stability reports, Q.C. Instrument Calibration records, Change control , Deviations, qualifications of QC instruments , Risk assessment
- Review Laboratory incidence, OOT and OOS.
- Review of soft data in QC instruments and verify 21 CFR compliance by checking audit trails.
- Participation in internal audits and GMP/GLP rounds.
- Preparation & review of PQR(Product Quality Review)
- Any Other Document review assigned by HOD.
