- Bio-analytical method development & validation for Novel Chemical Entities in complex biological matrix like plasma, serum, tissues, on HPLC and LCMS/MS. To review the Bioanalytical study plan, protocol, method validation report, Bioanalytical report and communicate overall compliance. Operation, calibration and maintenance of instrument / equipments like LC/MS-MS, pH meter, pipettes etc. Drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics Bioanalysis (in vitro and invivo). In-vitro ADME studies like Metabolic stability, Intrinsic metabolic clearance, Plasma stability, Plasma protein binding, Brain protein binding, Solubility studies, Log-D, PAMPA. PK-PD studies in rat and mice of NCEs ( worked in obesity and neurosciences) Data analysis, Data generation, compilation and report preparation Experience with small animal surgery and handling. Good knowledge In vivo animal models. Proficiency in compound dose preparation, administration to experimental animals. Flexibility, and the ability to work in fast paced and team oriented environment. Preparation & Review of study protocol, study reports and SOPs for DMPK studies. Excellent organizational and guidance skills to team associates. Highly developed problem-solving skills. Good Documentation Practices and GLP Compliance.
