Job Description/Skills Required
1 Analyse daily plant round as per checklist prepared on SQDCH principle and circulate the report and ensuring closing of points. 3 Enuring CAPA on Safety Alarm from Production 5 Analyse the customer complaint/concern to find the proper root cause and close all causes to avoid same complaint. 6 Analyse the off spec batch to find the proper root cause and close all causes to avoid same complaint. 7 Prepare quality performance report monthly basis. 8 Conduct process audits. 9 Conduct supplier audit as per yearly SQA plan and prepare report and ensure CAPA from Supplier 10 Audit preparation and conduct mock audit before Customer audit and co-ordinate to close all the gaps. 11 Prepare new documents (Procedure, work instruction, formats etc.) and monitor for its compliance. 12 To carry out various analysis,R and D, Cp and Cpk studies on various processes and Charging and Parameters. 13 To work in lined to ensure departmental KRA and Objectives 14 To give presentation of QA on weekly and monthly basis to management and to give technical training to engineers,Chemist.
