Job Description/Skills Required: 

• Incumbent should have exposure Woking in Pharmacovigilance operations or QMS supporting to PVG operations.
• Perform audits to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures and Sponsor’s Specific Requirements.
• Liaison with BA/BE unit –Jubilant Generics Ltd. staff to assure that quality plans /goals /initiative are understood and implemented.
• Triage questions (both internal and external) relative to current processes, regulatory guidelines, and/or quality including ICH, GCP, GLP, FDA, etc.
• Develop audit plan and conduct audits of studies, processes, systems and facilities to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Client’s Specific Requirements.
• Issuance of documents, forms and logbooks to different departments as per applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
• Archival & Retrieval of Documents as per the SOP.
• Follow up all audit reports for completion of corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit reports.
• Ensure effective communication between all members of QA department and staff of other department.
