Job Description/Skills Required
- Lead various Gene to Structure, Protein to Structure and Structure Based Drug Design (SBDD) Projects for various major global pharma and biotech collaborative projects.
- Lead the group involved in cloning, expression-purification, Biophysical characterization, and protein structure determination using x-ray crystallography.
- Spearheading protein science and structural biology efforts to support the drug discovery.
- Proposal writings and Client communications
- Leading Structural biology team which delivers various preclinical milestones to customers.
- Representing the group in the leadership meetings.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain the lab in a clean manner
- Gene-to-Structure, Protein-to-Structure, Functional proteins and Stable cell lines, Determination of Biophysical interactions.
