Job Description/Skills Required: 

• Establish and maintain quality assurance programs, procedures and controls.
• Ensure that performance and quality of products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and ensure due date adherence to quality system metrics
• Act as site NC / CAPA Lead
• Ensure non-conformance program is implemented and is effective.
• Ensures Corrective action and Preventive action process is implemented effectively
• Ensures that data is analyzed, and appropriate feedback is given to management on periodic basis.
• Conduct CAPA review board meeting.
• Support Operations in evaluation and implementation of action plans to eliminate root causes of non-conformances.
• Address product quality issues are raised to management as per laid down procedures and appropriate actions are taken
