Job Description/Skills Required:Â
- Establish and maintain quality assurance programs, procedures and controls.
- Ensure that performance and quality of products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and ensure due date adherence to quality system metrics
- Act as site NC / CAPA Lead
- Ensure non-conformance program is implemented and is effective.
- Ensures Corrective action and Preventive action process is implemented effectively
- Ensures that data is analyzed, and appropriate feedback is given to management on periodic basis.
- Conduct CAPA review board meeting.
- Support Operations in evaluation and implementation of action plans to eliminate root causes of non-conformances.
- Address product quality issues are raised to management as per laid down procedures and appropriate actions are taken
