Job Description/Skills Required
• Experience of working on questionnaire and discussion guide for PMR survey/in-depth interviews
• Experience of conducting qualitative interviews
• Working knowledge of proposal making and calculating effort estimate for the RFQs
• Broad knowledge of the concepts of qualitative research
• Working knowledge of Excel, SPSS is a value add
• Proficient in MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Experience in creating PPT reports and storyboarding
• Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills and excellent reading comprehension skills
• Minimal Project management with the ability to perform under pressure
• Able to handle client, should have client management experience
• Should possess working knowledge of the pharma industry
• Good secondary research skills
