Job Description/Skills Required
- Provide consulting services to onshore team/clients in the patient analytics space for US BU
- Develop a good understanding of patient analytics, consumer offerings, other proprietary databases, and analytical approaches to effectively guide and support client-facing onshore team in the US
- Ensure to keep proper documentation of projects by creating and updating standard templates, SOPs, and QC checklists
- Coordinate with team in synthesizing data into actionable data insights, strategies, and tactics and summarize findings in PPT/Excel reports designed to be delivered to IQVIA clients
- Coordinate with multiple onshore POCs to drive complex (multifaceted/multifunctional) projects that support the development of existing and new offerings in US team
- Contribute towards the process improvement of current deliverables
- Interact and develop strong relationship with external and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are of highest quality, delivered on time and as per the client’s specifications
- Effective and timely responses to the ad hoc requests from customers and stakeholders
- Optimal self/team utilization
