Job Description: Greeting from Ipca Laboratories Limited!!!!

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our Maintenance team as an Apprentice/Trainee/Technician/Officer. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting various machines and electrical components.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate basic knowledge of electrical control circuits and components of printed circuit boards.
2. Operate and maintain OSD machines, including metal detectors, check weighers, CAM, BQS, and IMA blister packing lines.
3. Understand the fundamentals of induction motors and starting technologies.
4. Participate in calibration activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
5. Familiarity with granulation, compression, and coating machines, with experience working on Glatt, ACG, Fette, or Legacy machines.
6. Manage qualification and requalification processes and ensure proper documentation flow.

Qualification – ITI/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech. (Electrical)
