Fresher (0-5 Year):
- Learn quality standards and procedures
- Assist in product inspection and testing
- Record inspection results
- Support senior QC staff
- Report defects and issues
Experience:
- Conduct routine inspections and tests
- Analyze data and identify trends
- Follow quality protocols
- Report non-conformances
- Support audits and improvements
- Lead inspection activities
- Perform root cause analysis
- Prepare detailed reports
- Train new team members
- Monitor processes for quality compliance
