Job Description/Skills Required

Parenteral (Manufacturing)

• Having knowledge of Autoclave, Vial sterilization tunnel, Vial Filling and stoppering machine, Vial Washing Machine,
• Good knowledge about validation of Autoclave, Vial washing machine, Vial sterilization tunnel, Manufacturing Tank calibration.
• On line documentation and timely entries of all operation/ activities in BMR, Log Books etc. Handling of all GMP documents
• Good Knowledge & Work in solution preparation area. Batch manufacturing of General Products.

Parenteral (Packing)

• Execute line clearance before start packing activity.
• Observation of Auto and Manual Visual Inspection activity.
• Documentation and handling of Labeling, Blistering, Auto-cartooning and carton printing activity.
• Performing In-process during the packing activity and insert folding activity.
• Issuance of Secondary packing material as per FIFO.
• Reconciliation of batch.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have experience of General Parenteral – Manufacturing (SVP)
• Should have experience of General Parenteral – Packing
• Ready to work in rotational Shift
