Job description:
- Conceptualization and identification of new products.
- Complete involvement in product development (liquid/lyophilized)of plasma proteins from preformulation stage to submission to regulatory authorities.
- Scale up of process, execution of validation batches and technology transfer to production unit.
- To resolve problems in trial batches, review and optimization of process parameters to minimize risk during tech transfer.
- Involvement in preparation and reviewing of specification, finalization of qualitative and quantitative composition of formulation.
- Reviewing technical reports and relevant documents to support regulatory department.
- Planning and review of design of experiment and monitoring of its execution.
- Costing evaluation of entire development grid.
- Evaluation of production suite for technical feasibility of the product with respect to the critical parameters.
