- To be handled the Gel based technique like: SDS PAGE, Western Blotting, IEF.
- To be handled the molecular based technique: Host Cell Protein, Host Cell DNA, RT-PCR, ELISA,
- To be handled Purity Based Technique Like: CE-SDS, CZE, cIEF.
- To be handled Protein Analysis by UV Spectrophotometer.
- To be handled Good documentation practices as per GLP requirement.
- To be handled QMS activity.
- Prior Experience in cGMP area.
- To be responsible for analysis of Gel Based technique as well as Molecular based analysis.
- To be responsible for the analysis of CZE based technique and RT-PCR.
- To be responsible for handling o QMS activity Lie: Incident, Deviation, OOS.
- To be responsible for Cleaning of the lab.
- To be responsible for daily Lab activity.
- To be responsible for daily review of logbook and any documents.
- To be responsible for Method transfer and Method Validation activity.
