Job Description/Skills Required

• To increase business month after month by achieving given sales target with the help of direct subordinate team members / Medical Representatives.
• To ensure implementation of marketing and field strategy in co-ordination with the Product Management / Sales Management team for the territory through meetings or otherwise.
• To actively get involved in the sales development activities in non- performing / new territories.
• To Liaison with local authorities, stockiest, distributors, etc. as guided from head office in the interest of the company.
• To submit reports and provide feedback on any matter of work, as and when required by the corporate office and superiors.
• To continuously strive to achieve higher sales in the assigned territories and build a favorable image of the company.
• To retain existing customers at the same time develop new prospective customers.
• To ensure 100% customer coverage, Incremental PCPM and Growth consistently.
• To have continuous follow up with the customers for business generation.
