Job Description/Skills Required
- Molecular cloning, clone selection and characterization as well as glycerol banking of the clones.
- Maintenance and banking of cultured cells.
- Small scale generation, purification and characterization of recombinant AAV and LV particles, ELISA, qPCR/ddPCR, SDS-PAGE/western, transduction assays and flow cytometry.
- DNA transfections, immunofluorescence assay, biochemical and functional assays
- Recording accurate laboratory records (LNBs and eLNBs), maintenance and proper interpretation of data.
- Providing cross-functional support to other team members.
- Qualification and maintenance of instruments/equipment in analytical lab as per the GLP.
- Discuss experiment data / analytical results on regular basis with the supervisor.
- Attend and present data in weekly as well as lab meetings.
