Job Description/Skills Required
- Reviewing of all QC departmental procedures like SOPs’, Calibration procedures, Spec and STPs and instrument operating procedures.
- Monitoring day to day activities of quality control department
- Reviewing of Change control procedures, deviations, incidents and APQRs.
- Reviewing all analytical method validation protocols and reports.
- Approving of all instrument calibration records.
- Reviewing of all stability study protocols, reports, summary sheets and trend data sheets
- Reviewing of cleaning validation protocols, reports, and data during performing of cleaning validation study.
- Reviewing of Change control procedures, deviations, incidents and APQRs.
- Approval of all indents from Quality control department and sent for management for final approval.
- Ensuring AMC/CMC for all QC critical instruments.
- Implementation of CAPA’s in the laboratory.
- Ensuring to maintain the 21 CFR part 11 controls in the laboratory.
- Reviewing of all process validation, drying validation, blending validation and milling/ micritization validation protocols and reports.
