Job Role or Description

• -Handle and resolve phone calls /email Vendor & inhouse queries, follow-ups on Procurement P2P cycle Meeting SLA parameters of the process. Responsible for maintaining the trackers related to team Coordination with different team for project aspects Indirect sourcing exposure P2P experience SPOT Buy experience in Indirect procurement PO creation experience in Coupa/SAP/Ariba Negotiation skills Capability to manage client SLA. Willing to work in all three shifts. Ability to build effective working relations with clients and colleagues Microsoft office tools – MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Ability to operate effectively in a matrix management environment Excellent communication skills Written and Verbal.
