- Being part of F&A support process, agent required to handle calls / emails from clients from US & Canada region and assist in resolving any queries. The topic of conversation includes travel expense reimbursement queries, invoice & payment status checks, tool navigational assistance, to name a few Agent should be able to multitask between calls and emails based on business requirement Desired Candidate Profile Willing to work in night shifts (8:30pm 5:30am), should be flexible with stretch shifts occasionally Should have a stable broadband connection at home (given the current WFH situation).
