Job Description/Skills Required
1. Develop MI responses to adhoc MI queries received from HCPs/Internal staff/Member of public.2. Creation and Review of standard response documents while meeting quality and time-line requirements as per client satisfaction metrics3. Perform literature search on any given topic on different databases like Pubmed and Embase and perform analysis of the retrieved data.4. Manage medical information system and databases and perform reconciliation of MI queries containing safety or quality complaints5. Responsible to develop content for different scientific communication deliverables such as slide kits (PowerPoints), newsletters, brochures, clinical trial summaries etc while meeting quality and time-line requirements as per client satisfaction metrics.6. Should be well versed with MS-word and MS PowerPoint and have basic knowledge with regards to MS Excel7. Should be able to coordinate with different internal stake holders like writers/creative team /project managers and ensure the content is delivered, meeting client-requirements in quality and time-lines8. Should be able to follow the best practices in the department regarding – processes, communication (internal & external), project management, documentation and technical requirements like – language, grammar, stylization, content search, summarizing, data conflicts and referencing9. Participate in assigned training programs and work on assignments as per requirement10. Compliance to quality, confidentiality and security.11. Adhere and follow quality systems, processes and policies12. Comply to training and specifications.
