- Building and developing partnerships with key universities to build our presence and hire a diverse group of talent.
- Analyse, plan & conduct campus drives to meet targeted numbers across the region
- Own and follow full-stack campus hiring process
- Ensure process compliance & that systems are up to date
- Operational & Logistical responsibilities in coordinating with various stakeholders
