JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
1)Make sure the facility is clean and tidy.
2)Perform filling, sealing, autoclaving, and compounding operations for injectable products.
3)Dispensing of active raw material and raw materials.
4)Record all production activities in batch manufacturing records (BMR) and logbooks.
5)Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP), good documentation practices (GDP), and safety procedures.
6)Report any deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities to the production Team leader.
7)Supervision of Visual Inspection.
8)Updating of online Logbook related to manufacturing area.
9)Support in changeover and preventive maintenance of equipment.
10)Co-ordination with QA department, like BMR and BPR issuance.
