Technical Directors provide leadership, direction, and management for technical teams. This includes hiring, training, and managing IT personnel, in addition to administering employee performance reviews. Technical Directors leverage their strong technical acumen to suggest new technologies, enhance existing technologies, and ensure IT services are properly maintained. Technical Directors serve as the subject matter expert for all other technical employees.
