- This position is responsible for managing the Sales promoters (Female) who have been appointed at each Himalaya stores in different corporate and semi-corporate hospitals within a single city.
- Himalaya is having it’s own exclusive stores in various hospitals within a city.
- Through these Hospital Himalaya stores we promote our exclusive Baby Care and Women wellness product range.
- One Sales Promoter is been appointed at each store to look after store business and daily store activities.
- This position is responsible for generating new business leads by visiting hospitals where Himalaya stores can be newly set up in future.
- Assist to Sales Promoters to acquire new customers at store by approaching customers/patients directly within a Hospital which will help to increase our store sale on daily basis.
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing team of 25 Sales Promoters (Female) who are handling Exclusive Himalaya stores within various Hospital Premises (Like Apollo Hospital, Cloud 9, other Corporate and Semi-Corporate Hospitals in a city).
1. Visiting minimum 4 hospitals in a day
2. Handling 30 sales promoters who take care of our exclusive Himalaya stores/outlets which are set within the semi corporate and corporate hospital premises.
3. Monitor sales promoters work on daily basis as assigned by the company.
4. Get a daily sales report from Sales promoter. Compile the same and share with respective line manager.
5. Generate a business lead from multiple Hospitals to set up new exclusive Himalaya outlets/Stores in hospitals.
6. Guide, coach and direct sales promoters to increase business by approaching customers directly within the hospital premises.
7. Address team issues timely.
8. Shall be accountable for 100% strategy execution through sales promoters.
9. Carry out brand promotional activities and camps.
