Position: Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, focusing on the production of tablets, capsules, and liquid formulations. This role requires ensuring compliance with industry regulations, maintaining product quality, and overseeing a team of chemists and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and other relevant guidelines for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality through regular testing and inspections, addressing any deviations promptly.
Production Oversight: Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet deadlines while optimizing resources.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of chemists and technicians, providing training and performance evaluations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production processes, quality control tests, and compliance audits.
Research and Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to support the development of new products and formulations.

Qualifications:
