Role & responsibilities
Production:
- Hands-on experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling areas.
QC:
- Conduct quality control analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability studies using HPLC, GC, UV techniques.
- Review and approve batch records for release OSDs (Oral Solid Dose).
- Perform formulation development activities including formulation design, process optimization, and scale-up.
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines during manufacturing operations by conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues related to product specifications.
