Heritage Foods Recruiting B.Com for the position Cashier or Accountant .This position requires B.Com with prior experience. Job Role or Description

• 1) Regular Updating of all cash/Bank Transactions, assist in processing and finalization of accounts. 2) Checking, Verification of Bills Payable, Preparation of Payment vouchers, and accounting with proper narration on daily basis. 3) Petty Cash handling and reconciliation of cash & bankbooks. 4) Regular Coordination and liaison with Banks from time to time. 5) Regular update, implementation, and generating reports from Financial Module. Accountant:- 1) Preparations of invoices & Day to day accounting activates 2) Debtors’ Follow up and realization of receivables 3) Inventory Status Report & General Ledgers 4) Stocks Scheduled on a weekly & monthly basis 5) Maintenance of inventory registers which involved Inventory valuation report, Inventory flow report 6) Report against the external auditor’s note 7) Assisting in GST & TDS Activities 8) Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly, Financial reports, MIS Report 9) SAP Knowledge shall be added advantage
