• 1)To monitor and control the production process in the area of responsibility, through efficient use of resources, as per established operational procedures. 2) To optimize process parameters to reduce Batch cycle time. 3)To prepare Daily Report & Monthly Report. 4)To monitor information concerning processes conditions and solve problems/take corrective actions where necessary. 5)To Commission and decommission process plants & Report and respond to incidents, hazardous conditions and emergencies. 6) Evaluate existing processes and operations to reduce cycle times, improve equipment occupancies and increase product isolation efficiencies 7) To upgrade and enhance the present equipment to achieve good productivity 8)Equipment handled: Distillation column, Vacuum distillation etc. 8)To monitor information concerning processes conditions and solve problems/take corrective actions where necessary. Energy conservation, cost reduction & improve solvent recovery yield during solvent recovery process. 9) Follow up with engineering dept to minimize down time. 10) Follow up Safety Norms to achieve ZERO Accident.
