Job description:
- 1)Regular plant maintenance : maintenance of equipment’s like Reactors ( SSR, GLR, centrifuges, pressure filter, dryers, powder processing equipments(miller, shifter,) RVD, centrifugal pumps. 2) Maintenance of Vacuum systems vacuum pumps – Water , oil , water ring vacuum pumps. Steam ejectors 3)Preventive maintenance of all the equipment scheduling & effective implementation & up keeping of records as per GMP 4)Documentation: up gradation, SOP preparation, daily log books generation/ maintenance required as per GMP norms Qualifications & other records as per GMP as per USFDA Audits point of view 5)Qualification DQ / IQ / OQ / PQ, & Re-qualification. 6)Calibration of gauges PG. VG, CG, & Magnetic gauges. 7)Basic knowledge of electrical distribution system,
