Job description:

- To oversee small scale product manufacturing.
- Product scale up, validation, Tech transfer background.
Experience in new product development at plant scale - Should handle the plant production operations. Expertise in DMF Filling ,Scale up and Tech transfer.
- Experience in Pilot Plant. Good GMP ,cGMP and safety Concepts.
- Must have experience to run pilot plant & convert the pilot plant technology to main plant
- Knowledge of preparation of daily report & progress report
- Actively participate in HAZOP Study ensure all safety measures & compliance in pilot plant
- He will be responsible for smooth functioning of pilot plant
- Responsible for development of team
- Excellent Manpower management & training skill
- Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping & implementation of good system.
