Job Description/Skills Required
- Drive business growth in assigned RB institutes by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies & interest for executing the role as per supervisory mentorship.
- Reviews & discusses his/her plans for achievement of allotted budget for each account & for each month. Seeks guidance of respective RB/Franchise colleagues in formulating sales strategy.
- Schedules the frequency of his/her calls with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Rigorously adheres to coverage plan & frequency.
- Maps potential of each RB institute & relates it to market trends & competitors’ activities.
- Profiles, access potential, prepares HCP lists & adds in new doctors & accounts as per business requirements. Plans & prepares interventions for new doctor conversions.
- Achieves daily call average with the right frequency with allotted HCPs in the RB institutes.
- Work extensively on generating demand or Indent from prescriber for metabolic products & on liquidation of stocks at the allotted institutes
- Ensures pre-call planning for effective outcomes from HCPs.
