Hiring experienced IPQA professionals (48 years) for OSD formulation unit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Line clearance, in-process checks, documentation (BPRs / Logbooks), Empower-3, Analytical Data Review, and QMS activities.
- Perform in-process checks during granulation, blending, compression, encapsulation & coating.
- Monitor IPC parameters:Â LOD, bulk density, blend uniformity, we
- Provide line clearance for manufacturing & packing operations
- Review BMR/BPR and ensure real-time documentation as per GMP/GDP.
- Verify equipment cleaning and ensure absence of cross-contamination.
- Conduct online sampling and coordinate with QC for testing.
- Support process validation & cleaning validation for OSD equipment (RMG, FBD, Blender, Compression & Coating).
- Handle Deviations, CAPA, Change Control and QMS activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, WHO).
- Participate in internal & external audits and implement corrective actions
- Monitor gowning, hygiene, and environmental controls in OSD areas.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for in-process issues or deviations.
