- Closely work with process operators and production team to ensure maximum output levels and the efficient running of the production facility.
- Identifying the hazardous situations activities and evaluating right procedure to improve safety in the plant.developing strict safety guidelines are making sure they adhere to.
- Ensure that all activities are to be followed according to the written procedure.
- Ensure the compliance to cGmp at all times.
- Planning and scheduling of work at batch processing manpower and machinery maintaining.
- Raw materials handling as per SDS.
- Ensuring of online documentation and reconciliation of completed batches.
- Reviewing the batch manufacturing record.
- Execution of batches as per production schedule.
