Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QMS Lead for Production (OSD) to oversee quality systems within our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and company standards related to production activities.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead implementation and maintenance of QMS in OSD Production manufacturing (Compression, coating, capsule filling) and investigations .
- Review and manage deviations, CAPA, change controls, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and regulatory teams to ensure audit readiness.
- Ensure timely investigation and closure of incidents and quality events.
- Drive compliance with SOPs, BMR/BPR documentation, and GDP practices.
- Support regulatory inspections and internal audits.
- Provide training on GMP and quality practices to production personnel.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process excellence.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education:Â B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
- Experience: 8 to 12 years in OSD manufacturing (QMS role)
- Good knowledge of cGMP and regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA, WHO
- Strong in documentation, investigation, and team coordination
