Job Description/Skills Required :
1. Post Name: Junior Research Fellowship
2. Minimum Eligibility Criteria: Post Graduate Degree in Materials Science/ Physics/Applied Sciences with first class and a valid GATE / NET Score (or) ME/M.Tech Material Science/ Nanotechnology / Sensor
Technology with first class both at graduate and post graduate degree and a valid GATE score.
3. Desirable Qualification: Working experience in thin film deposition techniques, Semiconductor Device & MEMS design tools and device fabrication processes.Â
4. Emolument: Stipend of Rs.31000/- per month plus HRA as applicable.
Selection Procedure:
Mode of selection shall be by Interview. The Date, time and venue of interview will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates by post and email as well. The interview shall be either in person or through video conference depending upon the situation prevailing at that time due to Covid 19 restrictions.
