Job Description/Skills Required :
- New vendor Development for all RM, premix materials.
- New vendor Development for Lab chemicals,Glassware, Lab Equipment.
- New vendor Development for production consumables.
- Updating AMC contracts before due date, based on the HOD approval.
- Sending Enquiry to the supplier.
- Preparing comparative statement.
- Receiving approval from HOD to release the purchase order on time.
- Follow up with supplier for dispatch details.
- Updating a concerned department about the status of a material.
- Follow up for vendor payment from Head Office.
Any other works assigned by HOD from time to time
