Job Description/Skills Required.
- Monitoring and coordinating the raw material dispensing, finished product packing and labeling.
- Issuance of product labels.
- Â Archival of documents and maintenance of document control
- Ensure the implementation of Good manufacturing practices & Good laboratory practices.
- Monitoring of the process validations and equipment qualifications
- Issuance of formats, log books and documents to user departments.
- On Job, Monthly courses and GMP Training’s are conducted as per schedule (TMS).
- Preparation and checking of Annual Product Review.
- Review the product manufacturing records (BPCRs, MPCRs, Log books etc.), testing records.
- Monitor during in-process sampling, intermediate sampling, finished product sampling.
- Monitor the yield and quality of API intermediates and final products.
- Monitoring of cleaning activities and line clearance
