Job description:
- Environmental monitoring in the Aseptic Processing Areas by Settle plate, Air sampling and Surface monitoring methods.
- Microbial monitoring of the personnel and Gowning validations.
- Bacterial Endotoxin testing of the Raw materials, In-process samples & Finished product.
- Hands on experience on conducting the microbial method validations (MLT, BET and Sterility test methods)
- Media Preparation and Autoclave operation.
- Maintenance of Microbial cultures and Growth Promotion Testing.
- Sterility testing of finished product and stability samples.
- Microbial Limit Tests for the incoming raw materials.
- Bioburden testing of the in-process samples.
