Job description:Exposure on wet analysis. Hands on experience on HPLC, UV, IR, GC, Potentiometer. Maintain Good Laboratory Practices. Maintain Good Documentation Practices. Audit Display Responsible for sampling, testing and documentation of raw materials, packing materials, wet analysis. Responsible for notify of OOS, OOT, Incidents and Deviations. Responsible for handling of instruments like pH /Conductivity/ Analytical balance/Micro balance/Melting Point Apparatus/Refractive index/TLC. Responsible for water sampling, chemical testing. Responsible for preparation and standardization of reagents and volumetric standard solutions. Responsible for volumetric titrations and In-process/Intermediate samples. Responsible for shelf life and stability of volumetric solutions and reagents. Responsible for labeling and housekeeping. Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of laboratory glassware. Responsible for storage and maintenance of Primary/Secondary standard/Calibration standards. Responsible for GRN receipts upon verification of approved vendor list. Responsible for document storage and retrieval. Responsible for receipt, storage and handling of chemicals. Responsible for updating the outside sample analysis tracking. Any other job assigned by Manager-QC.
