Job Description/Skills Required

1)Environmental Monitoring by Settle plate, Active air sampling, Surface monitoring, Gowning validation, Personnel monitoring and Compressed air sampling.
2)Supervising the cleaning activities and run the decontamination cycles whenever is required.
3)To perform the Bacterial Endotoxin Test for Water and In-Process Bulk samples.
4)Microbiological Analysis of Water and In-process bulk samples.
5)Microbial Limit Tests for Non-sterile products
6)To update the Environmental Monitoring and Water Trends for Microbiology counts.
7)To assess the Aseptic Processing Area operators for their aseptic behaviour as per the requirement.
8)To verify & reconcile the Environmental Monitoring plates which are coming to the laboratory for incubation.
9)To interact with shift EM personnel and to provide necessary support whenever required.
10)To inform the immediate Supervisor in case of observation of any discrepancies / OOLs.
11)To provide the training to the Shift EM personnel whenever is required.
12)To perform the calibration of Balances and pH meters in the Microbiology Laboratory
13)Sanitization of the samples and media containers for Sterility testing & operation of the Sterility testing cRAB
14)Preparation of Disinfectants and to perform the cleaning in the Sterility testing area.
