Job Description/Skills Required
- JD for Line Chemist
- Experience: 2 to 6 Years
- Qualification: M Sc/B Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy
- Hands on experience in taking line clearness for washing, tunnel, filling & sealing activities.
- Perform all inprocess checks like volume check, CCIT, optical testing etc., review BPCR, do reconciliation, idea on all intervention and especially open door interventions, NVPC & environmental monitoring procedures.
- JD for Compounding/ Component Chemist
- Experience: 2 to 6 Years
- Qualification: M Sc/B Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy
- Hands on experience in Auto clave operations VLT, Bowie Dick test, Autoclave alarms and their review. CIP & SIP of filling & mixing vessel. Integrity of filters (Handling of sarto 4 plus check machine). Disinfectant preparation and their filtration. Compounding of products.
- JD for Filling
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B Sc
- Should operate filling machine, line conversion handle all interventions and especially open door interventions. Idea on all environmental procedures. Aseptic practice. Coordinate with engineering team for PM activities.
