Job Description/Skills Required

Areas Of Job Experience :

• Complete cycle of Procurement: Cross -Verifying the PRQ with manual indents, floating enquires to vendors, preparing the comparative statement or QCS along with approvals.
• Negotiation: Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous cost landing.
• PO Creation: Purchase order creation as per mutually agreed price & terms for approval. Sending approved PO to vendor & follow up for OA/PI.
• Responsible for sourcing & procurement of engineering, analytical spares & consumables.
• Renewal of existing AMC, ARC & O& M contracts.
• Sourcing of new vendors for existing equipments.
• Experience in Imports ordering process essential.
• To keep all records in a way that they can checked at any time for information or audit purpose.
• To Maintain all documents, files and listing up-to-date and perform
• To perform Monthly MIS and periodical KPIs
