Job Description/Skills Required
- 1.Monitoring of general hygiene of operators working in clean rooms.
- 2.Compliance of manufacturing operations to cGMP.
- 3.Implementation and compliance to standard operating procedures.
- 4.Completing of batch production record and GMP records in compliance to SOPs
- 5.Preparation of SOPs and related annexures.
- 6.Preparation , Review of Packing Batch records and GMP records
- 7.Batch closing on line and segregation with status labels at every stage of operation.
- 8.Monitoring of visual inspection.
- 09.Monitoring of labeling, carton coding of packing activity in process checks vials and transfer of finished goods to ware House, and updating Log Books.
- 10.Reviewing of walk-in-cooler printouts and recorder traces for adequacy, correctness and compliance to the set parameters after completion activity.
- 11.Operations including the verification of validated parameters and validated in packing block instruments.
- 12.Monitoring of indenting, receipt, handling, return and destruction of primary, secondary packing materials.
