Job Description/Skills Required
- Monitoring the personal hygiene of personnel working in APA.
- Monitoring the Preparation and filtration of disinfectant solution.
- Indenting the batch related components as per BPCR. And indenting of general consumables. 4.Supervision of cleaning of APA, cRABs, LAFs and equipment’s in APA.
- Ensuring Cleanliness of APA and Non APA.
- Line clearance for Vial washing, Depyrogenation, VHP sterilization, filling, lyo related activities, sealing and external washing as per BPCR.
- Monitoring the load cell /weighing balance calibration and recording as per BPCR/SOP.
- Monitoring the vial washing, depyrogenation, sterilization of items, sterilized items unloading, assembling, VHP sterilization, filling, stoppering (partial/ full), filled vials loading into lyophilizer, unloading of lyophilized vials and sealing of full stoppered vials and recording the interventions.
