Key Responsibilities
Conduct method development, validation, and study sample analysis according to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), SOPs, and work instructions.
Manage laboratory tasks, ensuring compliance with GLP guidelines related to safety, security, and equipment maintenance.
Monitor laboratory processes and ensure adherence to analytical methods, SOPs, and protocols.
Review raw and chromatographic data and provide continuous updates to the investigator or manager on study progress.
Assist in preparing and reviewing SOPs, bio-analytical reports, and validation studies.
Perform specific tasks such as MD/MV (Method Development/Validation) and study sample analysis using various lab equipment.
Retrieve plasma, process samples with CC/QC standards, and maintain accurate records as per SOPs.
Maintain the cleanliness of the laboratory and ensure the proper disposal of both bio-waste and non-bio-waste.
