Roles and Responsibilities
Operate production equipment such as reactors, distillation columns, filters, etc. to ensure efficient API manufacturing.
Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques like HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometry.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of production processes to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to productivity improvement initiatives.
